📍 April saw the fastest sales in the North East, where homes sold 12 days quicker than the national average, and in the West Midlands, where selling times were 4 days faster than average.
🏙️ London recorded the slowest selling time in April at 41 days, but this still marks an improvement on the first quarter, when sales averaged 44 days.
