Pricing and Packages

We do not charge on top of maintenance work, so there are no extra or hidden costs when problems occur on your property.

The minimum Base Fee for all services is:

  • £300 + VAT
  • £65 + VAT Management / Rent Collection Per Month

Inventory Compliance Package

Includes Inventory Report, Housing health and safety rating system (HHSRS) and smoke & co alarm testing

  • £95 + VAT

Referencing Fees

Provides in-depth checks such as Identity, Mobile phone verification, Credit File assessment, Affordability assessment, County Court Judgments (CCJ), History of bankruptcy, Employment, UK bank account and Previous Landlord or Agent reference.

  • £100 + VAT per holding deposit taken

Inspection Reports

Our property inspection service comprehensively evaluates the property's condition, identifies potential issues, ensures compliance with regulations, and provides detailed reports every six months.

  • £75 + VAT

Check Out Reports

Our check-out report service provides a thorough and detailed assessment of the property's condition at the end of a tenancy. It includes comparing the original inventory, documenting changes, and identifying damages or required repairs. This ensures a fair and transparent process for both landlords and tenants.

  • £85 + VAT

Renewal Fee

To be paid when an existing tenancy is renewed at the end of the tenancy period with the same tenant and no material changes to the agreement.

  • £150 + VAT

Additional property visits, price per visit

More visits are required to monitor the tenancy or any maintenance-linked visit out of contract grounds to attend to specific requests such as neighbour disputes.

  • £50 + VAT ( + Parking fees/expenses if it's a city centre property and no parking is available )
